Back in The Diet Saddle Again

I have to say the whole low glycemic diet is effect, but only when you do it. I went two weeks cheating, and feel like crap. So, I am adding an angle to all of this. Eating more raw fruits, vegetables, and nuts. They will make up the majority of my diet. I had a hand full of nuts, an orange, and some grapes for breakfast this morning, and I can already feel some of the extra energy showing back up. However, eating this small amounts probably mean I will have to do 8 meals a day, or "graze" as the day goes on.
