I'm trying out a low glycemic diet, and thus far I am more awake during the day, and feel much more energy ... have I lost weight? Nope, but I am sure that isn't to far behind once I start the walking program. Yeah, walking. This program doesn't require much more than lite exercise, walking, jogging, a little bit of weights. I still plan on pumping it up a bit, but I'm trying to get my body to wake up.
